Our current software, snap{css}, returns no information to our servers except for bug reports (which are also done through this website), orders, and general feedback. The only information gathered from these methods are chunks of information that you voluntarily provide, and will not be sold to any third party.

By submitting information into our feedback form you are sending information to our software developers. Please do not enter any sensitive information into this form.

How we use this information

The information gathered from our personal log files and tracking system will be used to aid in further development of this site and of our software.
